As life happened we have forgot how to breathe. This introductory class is to help you build a connection with your breath again with simple techniques that you can incorporate in your day. You’ll learn how to correct your breathing and strengthen your breathing muscles. Change your breath; change your life!

Course Content

Befriend The Breath
Do you breathe through your nose or mouth? In today's class, we will practise 4 different types of breathing. We will go over the effects of each type of breathing and Sadhvi ji will guide us towards the natural way of breathing - the thorasic abdominal breath.
